I’m Rosie.

A yoga teacher based in London and Surrey.

My aim is to create an open space for anyone to explore the teachings of yoga.

My classes are dynamic and exploratory, yet remaining anchored in the rich philosophical teachings that extend beyond the physical body. Join me for a mindful and embodied practice that nurtures both movement and introspection.

The movement aspects of my classes are vinyasa-based, which translates as 'to place in a special way.' In vinyasa, we mindfully link our movements with our breath, moving at a steady pace, often accompanied by music. While the focus is on fluid, movement-based sequences, there will also be space for pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and relaxation.

What to Expect.

Yoga is vast life-system to be explored, and classes will always be focused around key philosophical teachings in a curious and non-dogmatic way.
