About me.

I discovered yoga 15 years ago as a remedy to the demands of a busy London life. Initially, I was drawn to its physicality, reigniting my passion for movement, which I had once explored through dance. This love of simply moving my body is what inspires my classes, offering mindful sequences that bring you back to yourself. I encourage curiosity and kindness towards the varying ways each of us experiences these physical practices.

As a forever student of yoga, my classes are a reflection of my personal practice —teaching yoga as a complete system, far beyond just the postures.

At the heart of my teachings lies a deep respect for the philosophical principles that underpin yoga. These principles invite us to step away from the busyness of life and recognise the quiet, subtle quality that exists within each of us. Now more than ever, I believe it is essential to carve out time and space to connect with yourself. These teachings help us exist in the world with greater patience, curiosity, and creativity.
